Adenosine receptor A2A, Alomone Labs, AAR-007

Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers using AAR-007 followed by extraction and validation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.
AAR-007 is validated for flow cytometry in primary human T cells (Newton et al., 2021). Signal was specific and blockable with the matched blocking peptide from Alomone and correlated with ADORA2A mRNA levels following siRNA knockdown. Clean, reproducible staining demonstrated in multiple donor samples. Strong choice for flow on human lymphocytes. Minor caveat: published evidence concentrated in one group.
