Review of: Complement protein C5, ichorbio, ICH4005 by
We used this antibody to assess the integrity of the purified recombinant C5 protein.
Complex formation between the antibody and C5 was analyzed by size exclusion chromatography following mixing of the antibody and protein in a 2:1 molar ratio.
We observed a shift in the elution profile (compared to controls using only C5 or antibody) indicating complex formation which was confirmed by SDS-PAGE / Coomassie staining.
