Review of: HLA-DR, ichorbio, ICH1026 by pAbmAbs in silico analysis
Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers using ICH1026, and followed up by extraction and validation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.
We could identify one reference using this antibody. In Yuan et al. Cytokine 2023, ICH1026 was used to identify M1 macrophages in a granulosa cell–macrophage co-culture system. Specifically:
HLA-DR/TNF-α positive cells were gated as M1 macrophages.
It was applied at 1:1000 dilution alongside CD206/CD163 antibodies to discriminate M1 vs. M2 phenotypes.
It showed clean, interpretable signal with consistent detection across replicates (n=3 independent cultures per condition). Data presented in Figure 2E–G confirmed expected biological response (reduced M1 markers under WNT4 treatment). No evidence of high background or nonspecific staining was reported.
Limitations: Validation limited to PBMC-derived macrophages in vitro; no reported cross-validation in tissue sections and no KO validation presented.
Minor caveat: published evidence concentrated in one group.
We could not find additional independent validation, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
