EAAT1/GLAST-1/SLC1A3, Novus Biologicals, NB100-1869
What do reviewers generally think about NB100-1869 from Novus Biologicals?
The available substantive review indicates the antibody performs well for western blotting and immunofluorescence/immunohistochemistry in mouse brain tissue, with successful use on 30 µm C57BL/6J sections at 1:500 and hippocampal lysates at 1:3000. One reviewer points out that a 24-hour incubation at 4°C was used. No specific complaints are provided, and another review contains only the word Test.

I have used this antibody for immunohistochemistry of 30 µm brain sections of C57BL/6J mice in a dilution of 1:500. In addition, I have used this antibody for western blotting of tissue lysates from hippocampus of C57BL/6J mice in a dilution of 1:3000. The incubation time for this antibody is 24 hour at 4◦C. This antibody works so well in our lab for both Western blotting and immunofluorescence.
