Used for western blotting of breast cancer cells. Dilution: 1:8000
Many off-target bands are stronger than the GLS2 signals. But, unlike most other GLS2 antibodies that we tested, this one does at least give a clear band for GLS2. Recommend performing knockdowns to confirm which of the many bands is GLS2.
