Review of: CXCR2, R&D Systems, MAB2164-100 by Pyong Woo Park
Works well in neutralization of neutrophil migration against ELR+ CXC chemokines in vitro, but questionable neutralization effect in vivo because the mAb also immunodepletes circulating neutrophils.
2.5 or 3.75 mg/kg i.p. for neutralization.
