Beta-galactosidase, Developmental Studies Hybridome Bank, 40-1a
What do reviewers generally think about 40-1a from Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank?
Researchers report positive performance for Drosophila immunostaining and ICC. One reviewer points out that 30 minutes fixation in 4% formaldehyde at room temperature with a 1:200 dilution gave great results for wing discs. Another reviewer found it worked very well for ICC at 1:20.
