PHO8, Abcam, ab113688

Antibody against yeast protein Pho8. We used it for WB according to the datasheet provided. Staining was done using biotinylated antimouse IgG and avidin-peroxidase conjugate and DAB. Bands with the expected size of Pho8 were detected in 20 micrograms of yeast microsomal protein.
