Immunostaining were done on 4% paraformaldehyde perfusion-fixed brains that were cut at 50µm on a vibratome.
Very robust. Good signal to noise, and specificity. Can use relatively dilute concentrations, depending on signal (e.g., 1:2,000 to 1:10,000).
