I have used this antibody for immunocytochemistry of primary hippocampal neurons in a dilution of 1:500. It worked great.
This antibody worked great for western blotting as well.

This antibody works with immunostaining for labeling recombinant HA-tagged protein in a primary hippocampal neuron in a dillution 1:1000. The antibody works great for western blotting as well.
