I have used this antibody for immunocytochemistry of primary hippocampal neurons in a dilution of 1:500. It worked great.
This antibody worked great for western blotting as well.

This antibody have been used for immunohistochemistory and immunocytochemistry in a 1:1000 dilution. I have often used it as a control for other experimental protocols.
