I have used this antibody for western blotting of cell lysates from a primary hippocampal neuron culture in a dillution 1 :1000-3000. This antibody works to detect BMP4 prodomain (proBMP4: 45-50kDa). However, I couldn’t detect BMP4 mature domain (~20kDa).
This antibody did not work for immunofluorescence.
