GFP, Invitrogen, A11120
What do reviewers generally think about A11120 from Invitrogen?
Researchers report that GFP, Invitrogen, A11120 performs well for immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry in Drosophila tissues and for immunofluorescence in mouse brain sections, with no complaints noted. One reviewer points out that it works well for ICC on fly ovary follicle cells and larval tissues at a 1:50 dilution, while others used 1:1000 for IHC and mouse brain IF, including PFA-fixed, permeabilized 50-80 μm sections.

Review of: GFP, Invitrogen, A11120 by Angelica Foggetti, Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel
Works very well for immunofluorescence in mouse brain sections. Brains were perfused and post-fixed overnight with 4% paraformaldehyde. Sections were 50-80 μm thick and permeabilized for 30-60 minutes.
Dilution used: 1:1000
