Review of: VGLUT1, Millipore, AB5905 by Angelica Foggetti, Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel
Works extremely well for immunofluorescence in mouse brain sections. Brains were perfused and post-fixed overnight with 4% paraformaldehyde. Sections were 50-80 μm thick and permeabilized for 30-60 minutes.
Dilution used: 1:5000

This antibody worked great for immunostaining of perfusion-fixed mice tissue for fluorescence microscopy.
