Tested with IHC on DRG sections from naïve mice either fixation perfused with 4% PFA or perfused with PBS. At our hands, the antibody was found to work best at 1:500-1:1000 for IHC and works good with antigen retrieval (microwaved in citrate buffer) The antibody stained with apparent specificity toward smaller diameter neurons and no nuclear staining was observed.
