Tested with IHC on DRG sections from naïve mice either fixation perfused with 4% PFA or perfused with PBS. At our hands, the antibody was found to work best at 1:500 for IHC and did not work with antigen retrieval (microwave in citrate buffer). Staining appear specific toward larger diameter neurons and no nuclear staining was observed.
