Review of: CD163, IQ Products, IQP-570R by Sara K Nissen
Used on (frozen) human PBMCs in a 10 color flow panel on LRS-Fortessa.
Recommended use: 10µL/100µL. Titrated as single stain using 1X, 2X, 8X and 10X and found best stain index using 10X = 1µL.
Can easily distinguish +/- populations and measure the MFI.
Samples are blocked using 10% human AB serum and stained fifty/fifty in PBS with 1% BSA and Brilliant Stain Buffer (BD horizon), and fixed in 0.9% formaldehyde. Compensated on OneComp eBeads (Thermofisher Scientific)
