This antibody works great for detection of LC3-I and LC3-II in primary neurons from mice (cortical). A clear signal was obtained after short exposure.

This antibody works very well for WB detection of LC3-I and LC3-II. Dilution of 1:1000.
I was also able to do ICC of primary hippocampal neurons with this autophagosome marker, dilution 1:200. (4% PFA for fixation and 0.1% triton for permeabilization.)
