I use this antibody to detect LAMP1 through WB in lysates from human cells such as HEK293 and patient derived fibroblasts. (Dilution of 1:1000).
It does not cross-react with mouse LAMP1 as it fails to detect it by WB in lysates from primary neuronal cultures.
