Antibody works very nicely for ICC. Works for thin samples, as well as thicker tissue, no background observed, works great for STED microscopy, PFA fixation and antibody incubation over night at 4°C or 1h at room temperature. 1:250-1:500 dilution of recommended reconstitution.
