This antibody works well in ICC of primary murine hippocampal neurons. Incubated 1:300 in 10 % FBS at 4 degrees ON. Shows some unspecific background but clear high-signal spots are present. I prefer the Synapsin antibody from SySy as a presynaptic marker.
