Used as a primary antibody in Western Blot. Amount of cells lysated for the WB varied from 1×106 to 2.5×106. Always gave an unespecific band at the bottom of the membrane. Incubation: 1.5 hrs.
Antibody was diluted 1:1000 in TBST + BSA (1%).
