Mouse anti-human CD3 FITC-conjugated (Immunotools Cat-No: 21850033).
Used for flow and works exactly as promised. High signal and very low background. Of course, using a directly labelled antibody does not provide as strong a signal as when using a secondary conjugated antibody, however the signal was quite clear. Used at 5 µg/ml.
