Homer 1, Synaptic Systems, 160 003
What do reviewers generally think about 160 003 from Synaptic Systems?
Researchers generally report that Homer 1, Synaptic Systems, 160 003 performs well for immunofluorescence and related staining in neural systems. It is described as great for IF, works roughly for ICC of hiPSC-derived neuronal cultures, and works very well for IHC on 4% PFA-perfused mouse brain vibratome sections. One reviewer points out that a 1:200 dilution was used for ICC, while another notes using the manufacturer’s protocol concentration. No major complaints are mentioned.

We used this antibody for IHC staining of 4% PFA perfused of mouse brain tissues (vibratome sections). It works very well.
