Antibody works very nicely for ICC. We use rat and mouse primary neuronal cultures, PFA fixation and antibody incubation over night at 4°C. 1:500 dilution of recommended reconstitution.

We used this antibody for IHC staining of 4% PFA perfused mouse brain tissues (vibratome sections).
It works very well.
