Rab11 (D4F5) XP® Rabbit mAb #5589
This antibody works great to detect Rab11 in primary cortical neuronal cultures from mice. A very clear signal was obtained with little to no background signal.
The neurons were fixed for 20 min in 4% PFA and permeabilized using PBS + 0.1% Triton X-100. After blocking, the neurons were incubated with antibody in a 1:100 dilution in blocking buffer o.n.
