Used to perform single stainings of GFP positive CAR T cells to determine basic phenotype (CD3, CD4, CD8) before and after sorting using CD4/CD8 beads or flow cytometry cell sorting. Cells were stained in FACS tubes. No antibody titration or compensation were performed.
Working solution of 20uL in 200uL sample to stain approx. 500.000 cells.
