Used to analyze the phenotype of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) before and after rapid expansion. Antibody mixed in mastermix to stain cells in ‘exhaust’ tube (LAG-3, BTLA, PD1, TIM3 + CD3, CD4, CD8, Live/dead marker). Antibody titrations and compensation were previously performed in-lab.
Working solution of 0,5uL in 20uL mastermix to stain approx. 750.000 cells in a final volume of 100uL
