Used to analyze the phenotype of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) before and after rapid expansion. Antibody mixed in mastermix to stain cells in ‘NK/gamma-delta’ tube (CD16, CD137, CD56, gamma/delta + CD3, CD4, CD8, Live/dead marker). Antibody titrations and compensation were previously performed in-lab.
Working solution of 1,0uL in 20uL mastermix to stain approx. 750.000 cells in a final volume of 100uL
