Used to analyze the phenotype of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) before and after rapid expansion. Antibody mixed in mastermix to stain cells in ‘phenotype I’ tube (CD45RA, CD45RO, CCR7, CD62L + CD3, CD4, CD8, Live/dead marker). Antibody titrations and compensation were previously performed in-lab.
Working solution of 2,0uL in 20uL mastermix to stain approx. 750.000 cells in a final volume of 100uL
