Used to analyze the phenotype of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) before and/or after rapid expansion. Antibody mixed in mastermix to stain cells in ‘reference’ tube (CD3, CD4, CD8, Live/dead marker). Antibody titrations and compensation were previously performed in-lab.
Working solution of 1,5uL in 20uL mastermix to stain approx. 750.000 cells in a final volume of 100uL
