This antibody works fine in WB and results in a band of approx. 80 kDa and one weaker band of approx. 62 kDa on liver and adrenal gland homogenates from mice.
Dilution: 1:1000

The antibody works very well for IHC on mice adrenal gland tissue (paraffin).
Dilution 1:300
