anti-CD19 APC conjugated antibody, clone SJ25C1, BD Bioscience #345791
Anti-cd19 used to detect expression of CD19 on the surface of K562, and viral modified K562-CD19 positive cells.
5uL used to stain around 500.000 cells in a 200uL FACS buffer.
Works very well with high levels of specific detection.
