Phospho-CaMKII alpha/beta (Thr286) Antibody (PA1-4614) Sigma.

This antibody worked well in detecting phosphorylated-CaMK2a from murine cortex lysate with a little background signal. The neurons were lysed using Kinexus lysis buffer. The antibody did however NOT work when lysing neurons using TNE lysis buffer.
Dilution: 1:1000
