I used this antibody for WB of ANGPTL3 in lysate and conditioned media obtained from transiently transfected CHO cells. The antibody detects a band just below the 62 kDa marker band. No signal was seen in mock transfected cells. Antibody was diluted to 0,1 µg/ml in 5% milk TBS-T.
