Collagen VI, Abcam, ab180855

Endicott et al., BMC Res Notes describe the validation of twenty-three commercial antibodies raised against Collagen. When stained (1:400) against transfected cells, this antibody showed chain specificity towards α2. Out of the seven antibodies tested against α2, this produced the strongest signal when staining skeletal muscle. The antibody did not perform well for wb (1:1000).
