Collagen VI, Proteintech Group, 14853-1-AP

Endicott et al., BMC Res Notes describe the validation of twenty-three commercial antibodies raised against Collagen. When staining skeletal muscle against collagen VI (1:100), this antibody produced a strong signal in the pericellular space. This antibody also detects α2 by western blotting, under both reducing and non-reducing conditions (1:500), albeit with a very weak signal. See full description in the link to the article above.
