Phospho-NMDAR2B (Tyr1472), Rabbit polyclonal, Cell Signaling #4208

Gives a band at the exact size of the NMDA receptor 2B subunit (Confirmed with anti-NMDAR2B #06-600). The level of phosphorylation was shown to positive correlate with activation of the MAPK-pathway.

Tested on hippocampal lysates of adult mice.

Dilution = 1:500
