Short protocol: 1:1000 dilution in 5% low fat milk powder in PBS-T and incubate overnight at 4°C.
Review: Worked perfectly.
As stated by the manufacturer, this antibody detects only full-length Bid. Consequently, we did not detect cleaved tBid when priming cells for apoptosis.
