GAPDH, Cell Signaling Technology, 2118

I have used this antibody for western blotting of total lysates from mice hippocampal tissue in a dilution of 1:3000. This antibody works so well for me, that I often use it as a control of my blotting protocol.

Used as a primary antibody in Western Blot. Amount of cells lysated for the WB varied from 1×106 to 2.5×106. Really strong signal, can be used in lower concentrations. Incubation 1.5 hrs.
Antibody was diluted 1:1000 in TBST + BSA (1%).

Excellent antibody for the loading marker GAPDH. Used for reprobing of membranes at a dilution of 1:5000.

Tested on Human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y.
