This antibody was used for immunofluorescent staining of paraffin-embedded sections of PFSK-1 and D-283 tumor xenografts.
Dilution: 1:200 in PBS or in blocking/permeabilization buffer (buffer containing 5% normal goat serum (NGS) and 0.1-0.3% Triton-X 100 in 1xPBS)
