Used to stain cells for phenotype gating in an intracellular cytokine secretion (ICS) assay (TNF, IFNy, CD107a). Antibody mixed in mastermix to stain cells in FACS tubes after assay incubation and prior to fixation and permeabilization (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD56). Antibody titrations and compensation were previously performed in-lab.

a total of 1,7uL used in a 20uL mastermix with CD3, CD8 and CD56 used to stain approx. 300.000 cells.

Antibody used in palette containing; anti-human-CD170a (BV421), -CD3 (FITC), -CD4 (PerCP), -CD8 (QD605), -CD56 (PE), -TNFa (APC), -IFNy (PeCy7) for intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) of fixated/permeabilised T cells expressing a chimeric receptor and activated through antigen presentation.

Works very well for detection of lymphocytes subpopulations in flow cytometry. The antibody was diluted in a master mix as 5.0uL anti-CD4 antibody for 20uL total volume per sample.
