CD8, Invitrogen, Q10009
What do reviewers generally think about Q10009 from Invitrogen?
Researchers report using CD8, Invitrogen, Q10009 in flow cytometry for intracellular cytokine secretion assays, staining human T cells for phenotype gating alongside CD3, CD4, and CD56 before fixation and permeabilization. It works very well for detecting lymphocytes in a panel with cytokines TNF and IFNγ. One reviewer points out that the antibody was diluted in a master mix at 0.2 µL per 20 µL sample, with titrations and compensation performed in-lab. No performance complaints are mentioned.

Review of: CD8, Invitrogen, Q10009 by Arianna Draghi
Used to stain cells for phenotype gating in an intracellular cytokine secretion (ICS) assay (TNF, IFNy, CD107a). Antibody mixed in mastermix to stain cells in FACS tubes after assay incubation and prior to fixation and permeabilization (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD56). Antibody titrations and compensation were previously performed in-lab.
a total of 0,2uL used in a 20uL mastermix with CD3, CD4 and CD56 used to stain approx. 300.000 cells.

Anti-human CD8 (QD605 conjugated), clone 3B5, Invitrogen, #Q10009
Antibody used in palette containing; anti-human-CD170a (BV421), -CD3 (FITC), -CD4 (PerCP), -CD8 (QD605), -CD56 (PE), -TNFa (APC), -IFNy (PeCy7) for intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) of fixated/permeabilised T cells expressing a chimeric receptor and activated through antigen presentation.
Works very well for detection of lymphocytes in flow cytometry. The antibody was diluted in a master mix as 0.2uL anti-CD8 antibody for 20uL total volume per sample.
