Used to stain cells for the intracellular expression of cytokines in an intracellular cytokine secretion (ICS) assay (TNF, IFNy, CD107a). Antibody mixed in mastermix to stain cells in FACS tubes after assay incubation and after permeabilization. Antibody titrations and compensation were previously performed in-lab.

Antibody used in palette containing; anti-human-CD170a (BV421), -CD3 (FITC), -CD4 (PerCP), -CD8 (QD605), -CD56 (PE), -TNFa (APC), -IFNy (PeCy7) for intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) of fixated/permeabilised T cells expressing a chimeric receptor and activated through antigen presentation.
Works very well for detection of intracellular IFN-y flow cytometry. The antibody was diluted in a master mix as 1.5uL anti-IFNy antibody for 20uL total volume per sample.
