Histone H4, rabbit, abcam #ab7311
Tested on dilution of histone extract (acid extraction, mouse brain) and cell lysates (RIPA buffer, mouse brain). Seems to have rather low affinity for histones in the cell extract (many aspecific bands, extremely weak band op appropriate MW). Histone extraction recommended.
WB details: BIS-TRIS gel+XT MES running buffer, blocked in TBS+5%BSA, 1:2000 dilution (picture inserted)
