anti-ACSA-2 conjugated to APC, Clone IH3-18A3, 130-102-315, Miltenyi Biotec.
The antibody was used to stain a cell suspension of mouse pup cortex. Cortex was dissociated with Miltenyi’s neuronal tissue dissociation kit (trypsin based), 130-093-231.
The antibody was used 1:20 and gave rise to a distinctive cell population with flow cytometry. Antibody stock concentration: 30ug/mL.
