Anti-CD68: mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG1) from Abcam (clone- KP1; Cat. No. – ab955).
Used on frozen 50-micrometer thick human skin sections.
Worked in 1:250 dilution over night (immunofluorescence) with positive stainings both in epidermis and dermis of the skin. However, there was high background even with 10% serum blocking for 3 hours and 1:1000 dilution of secondary antibody.
