Rabbit polyclonal anti CD45 (abcam, ab10559)

This antibody works well in human parafin sections.
Sections were deparafinized, but no antigen retrieval were made.

The antibody was used in a 1:200 dilution

The staining was medium to weak but specific, as judged from localization in tissue.
