Monoclonal Mouse anti CD45 (abcam, ab8216) clone [mem-28]
This antibody works in IHF on human parafin sections.
The sections were deparafinized, but no antigen retrival was used
The antibody did not bind when heat induced antigen retrival was used!
The antibody was used in a 1:200 dilution
The staining was however still only medium to weak.
