Anti-SUV420H1 (Thermo Scientific #PA5-40926)
Tested for Western blotting, 1:2500 diluted
Sample prep: mouse brain, 3 different preparation methods (RIPA, Paul Fraser and in house lysis)
blocked: 5%BSA and 10%milk (weaker bands, less background)
No signal in expected MW (3 isoforms between 91-99 kDa contain the epitope)
